CCTV Notice – Smash’d Eatery
Smash’d Eatery uses video surveillance (CCTV) inside the restaurant (dining room / kitchen / basement) to protect property and to ensure safety of guests and employees. The legal basis is legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Video recordings are stored for a maximum of 48 hours and are automatically deleted afterwards, unless a specific security incident requires longer retention.

Smash’d Eatery setzt im Restaurant Videoüberwachung (CCTV) ein (Gastraum / Küche / Keller) zum Schutz des Eigentums und zur Sicherheit von Gästen und Beschäftigten. Rechtsgrundlage ist berechtigtes Interesse gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Aufzeichnungen werden maximal 48 Stunden gespeichert und danach automatisch gelöscht, sofern kein sicherheitsrelevanter Vorfall vorliegt.
